The upload of openmpi (2.0.1-3) to unstable has triggered an
uncoordinated transition (#836917). Unfortunately your package FTBFS due
to symbols changes:

Please update the symbols file and upload a new revision to unstable as
soon as possible, the elpa build failure is preventing the rebuild of
cp2k & espresso for the ongoing openmpi transition.
