Thanks for your input.  I've added avogadro to med-bio task.
Consequently this triggers my next question:  Would you mind if I
convert avogadro to Git as I have done with garlic and ghemical?
As I tried to explain the strategy to simply hope that somebody will
care and SVN will survive the move away from Alioth is in my opinion
not a safe strategy.

PyMOL is in med-bio since a long time, but thanks for the hint anyway.
