As promised I used d-shlibs to move around the files.  D-shlibs ensures
that the package files are properly named and have correct dependencies. 
Remarks:
  * I'm not fully sure whether the cmake file ends up in the correct
    place - please verify this.
  * I think you can drop libodsstream0.1.  Since there is no binary
    package named libodsstream it is just ignored.  If you really want
    to provide a manpage to the lib it should go to the -dev package
    and the section should be 3 instead of 1.  But most probably you
    can simply drop it.
  * On the other hand a manpage for ods2tsv would be nice.
  * The long description for the ods2tsv remains to short.  Please
    enhance it.
I think, these items are easy to fix for you.  Once this is done I would
upload the package.
