This one seems to have finally managed to build on all arches, but I had
to excempt the eigen-testcases on mips64el - they crash everywhere if
CMAKE_BUILD_TYPE is "Release" or "MinSizeRel", but we only set that on
mips64el due to linking issues there.

I've filed https://github.com/ValeevGroup/tiledarray/issues/106 upstream
to that end.
