[Debichem-devel] Bug#861820: quantum-espresso-data: documentation is missing

The general documentation e.g.
http://www.quantum-espresso.org/wp-content/uploads/Doc/pw_user_guide/node8.html
says details on input fields are found in PW/Doc/INPUT_PW.html.  But
this documentation is not in the Debian package.

Actually, pw_user_guide itself (PWscf documentation) is missing too,
as wells bands and other tools. 

Only the installation documentation is included in
quantum-espresso-data, not the user documentation.
