I was going to fold the basis sets into the main package anyway, I don't
think the ca. 5 MB of data warrant its own package, and the main package
has the binary-independent HTML documentation and examples anyway.

So I've removed bagel-data now, which should make debian/bagel.dirs be
picked up in all cases again and fix this FTFBS.
