My binNMU has been rejected due to the unrelated reason:

lintian output: 'source-contains-prebuilt-ms-help-file 
Docs/Programs/RDPharm3D/RDPharm3D.chm', automatically rejected package. 
rdkit source: If you have a good reason, you may override this lintian tag.

This should be handled by a maintainer.
