Thanks for the pointer to a possible alternative to epydoc. Making this
change is likely a non-trivial amount of work, but we'll have to do
something anyway before we deprecate Python2 support in the RDKit.

I've created an issue in the RDKit tracker. No promises on when it'll get
done though.
