I'm not ok with moving travis, shelxle, gnome-chemistry-utils, gamgi,
gabedit and chemical-mime-data to Git atm. I'm going to update them in
subversion and then check the situation again.

For the other debichem packages, where I'm listed as uploader or
maintainer I hereby give my permissions to move them to Git. When they
have been moved, I request to be removed from uploaders and/or maintainers
fields.
