[Debichem-devel] Transition of openbabel 2.3.2 -> 2.4.1

Hello,

I have prepared openbabel 2.4.1 for upload to unstable. I have fixed a couple of things on the way: bumped the compat, implemented rebuild of doxygen documentation, etc. Please review the package and upload it if you find it ready. Otherwise let me know what should be fixed.
