[Debichem-devel] Bug#823890: python-openbabel: doc-base error: openbabel and pybel already define html format

The two doc-base files for python-openbabel use the same document-id and format for two different documents.
As in understand, only different formats of the same document should share document-id in doc-base registrations .
Using different document-ids in the "Document:" field solves the conflict.
