[Debichem-devel] Transition of openbabel 2.3.2+dfsg-3+b2 -> 2.4.1-2

Dear maintainers of openbabel package,

I have made some steps towards the transition of openbabel from 2.3.2+dfsg-3+b2 to 2.4.1-2. The new version of the package is already in experimental, and I have test rebuilt all its rdepends successfully (except mpqc3, which FTBFS no matter which openbabel version I use). I have requested for transition slot and received an ACK for that [1], so the next step seems to be the upload of v2.4.1-2 to unstable, for which I turn to you for help. Otherwise please let me know what you think should be done to perform the transition.
