I checked for debichem packages without a debian/watch file and came across
python-pymzml. The github page states, that the latest release is version 2.0:

https://github.com/pymzml/pymzML/releases

Maybe this version needs to be packaged in a new source/binary package, as it
may require a transition.

A sample watch file is attached.

PS: I'd also like to point out, that the Debian version mangle usually is
'+dfsg' and not '-dfsg'.
