Debichem is a (i) a packaging team, (ii) a Debian pure blend (iii) a set
of meta-packages (the ones you installed, I presume?).

So there is no way to "startup" debichem other than to launch individual
applications. Please see the relevant documentation (possibly has to be
installed separately) for them.

VMD is not Free Software, so not included in Debian and/or Debichem by
default.

PyMOL is included.
