Hi Andrius,

our hardworking trainees left a note on your package:

 NOTICE.txt and LICENSE-EXTERNAL.txt say that this package is under
 LGPL-3+, as do the source file headers.  So how do you get "License:
 GPL-3 or LGPL-2 or LGPL-2.1 or LGPL-3"?
