I tried to reproduce this, but unsuccessfully so far.

the tests appears to be fine again.

This one is in
https://ci.debian.net/data/autopkgtest/testing/amd64/c/cp2k/2944184/log.gz
as well, so I don't think it's an issue.

I guess the issue is:

That has been fixed since in testing it seems, can we close this bug?
