Dear Debian qcengine maintainer,

Looking at https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/qcengine , it seems that this
package never migrated to Debian Testing. With Debian 11 release freeze
approaching, this means that your package will miss Debian 11 if no
action is taken.

The reason for blocked migration is non-source-only upload. Please make
another source-only upload as described in
https://wiki.debian.org/SourceOnlyUpload to fix this issue.
