[Debichem-devel] Building Kalzium with OpenBabel: bad CMake module

See the bug hunting at [1]: it seems that even in OpenBabel 3.1.1,
the CMake module probably wrongfully hardcodes a path and makes it not work on
Debian.
This might affect any software that tries to use OpenBabel 3's CMake module,
but since it's so new it probably will be a while until other projects start
depending on it.
Upstream seems confused and I can't wrap my head around CMake either. CC'ing
CMake and Debichem Teams if anyone can offer insights.
