Various files in manual/ have different copyright holders and it is
not clear they are under any sort of free license.  E.g. brode.eps
says "Copyright 1990-1993 Adobe Systems Incorporated. All Rights
Reserved." and manual/psfig.tex has a non-free license.  dl_poly.bst
says it is a derivative work of unsrt.bst whose license may not be
BSD.  dlpoly.map.ps doesn't seem to have a free license. There are
others; please check throughly.

utility/config_from_model.c has a different copyright holder.
