[Debichem-devel] Bug#961023: isospec: Non-source-only upload blocking testing migration

Dear Debian isospec maintainers,

The last 2 uploads of package isospec in Debian are all not source-only
uploads. As a result, the new version cannot migrate to Debian Testing and the
isospec transition is also blocked.

Could you please make another source-only upload to properly finish the
transition? You may find more information about source-only upload at 
https://wiki.debian.org/SourceOnlyUpload .
