please mention the LaTeX Project Public License in your debian/copyright.

minexpert2-6.0.3/doc/user-manual/xslt/epub3/static/images/icon-important.svg seems to be licensed under the Apache license

Other icons/images are licensed under the CC 4.0, they should be also mentioned in your debian/coypright.
