What you can do is email submit at bugs.debian.org (in BCC on this mail)
and use the above pseudo-headers, or use the reportbug tool available in
Debian.

Thanks, I'll look into it. However, the next Debian release is
feature-frozen already so not clear whether it will/can make it in.
