gemmi FTBFS with tao-pegtl v3. It used to build fine with v2, but
tao-pegtl v3 has recently been uploaded to unstable, hence the failure.
Upstream uses embedded fork of tao-pegtl, thus patching might be
necessary to fix the bug.
