[Debichem-devel] Bug#1015821: bkchem does not open the file given in the command line

Dear Maintainer,

If the file "IPDI.svg" is a valid bkchem file, the following command should start the program and open this file: 
$ bkchem IPDI.svg

Problem: It does not open the file, it only start with a blank page.
It is necessary to use the menu "File > Open" in order to open the file.
