Technically python3-gsd builds on little-endian machines, but it does
not work.  Assumptions are made in the code about data structures
which means gsd files cannot be read on little-endian machines, and
tests fail on s390x. The python3-gsd is useless on these systems.

The issue is raised in Bug#1042500 and discussed upstream at
https://github.com/glotzerlab/gsd/issues/12

Since gsd in principle can't work on little-endian systems (without
large scale rewriting upstream), the binary packages are no longer
being built for little-endian.  For consistency, the old binary
packages on little-endian arches should now be removed.
