The situation is not entirely clear.  That is, there is another
timeout in
https://ci.debian.net/data/autopkgtest/unstable/amd64/p/pymatgen/31542441/log.gz
but in this case in test_cif.py.  test_babel.py passed.

Does it mean there are two separate tests subject to timeout, and both
should be skipped?

Or does it mean the timeout is actually a hold-up in an earlier test
which eventually gets resolved, but too late for all the remaining
tests to pass before the time cut-off.  In this case that earlier test
would be the one that should be skipped.
