[Debichem-devel] OpenMS 3.0 RC

Dear Debian devs,

 

we are currently preparing a RC for OpenMS 3.0 and would love to see OpenMS
once again in the Debian package ecosystem.

OpenMS lives on Github at

https://github.com/OpenMS/OpenMS

and compilation instructions for developers can be found here:

https://abibuilder.cs.uni-tuebingen.de/archive/openms/Documentation/nightly/
html/install_linux.html

 

We can currently incorporate any patches that may be required to create the
Debian package, before we finalize the release.

 

We'd be happy to hear your feedback and if there are questions, please don't
