[Debichem-devel] Do we need to package garlic-doc

Hi,

since garlic-doc was listed as a package with Vcs fields pointing to
alioth[1] I was wondering whether I should move it to Salsa or whether
we need it at all.  The popcon votes (green line[2]) where always zero
(so users have installed the package but not touched its files) and my
bet is users can do well with online docs these days.  If you agree
I'll file a ROM bug report.  If you think its worth spending some
amount of time into this package I will upload it with metadata set
correctly to Salsa.
