Hello,

This bug is meant to track the progress of enabling upstream build time 
tests for frugally-deep. I have opened a branch on salsa, setting 
-DFDEEP_BUILD_UNITTEST=ON, but ultimately ran into a blocker: tests need 
keras Python module.
