Sorry for bugging you repeatedly. Revisiting your mails I now see that 
you nowhere wrote you managed to get freesasa build with gemmi >= 0.7.1. 
Sorry about my misconception.

Nevertheless I seem to have come up with a patch to get freesasa build 
with new gemmi. I will finalize and push it soon, and will ask for your 
review, if possible.
