No, it was not too soon. I can see in the build log that all three:

∙ Missing build on armhf
∙ Missing build on ppc64el
∙ Missing build on s390x

were tried this time with openblas 0.3.32+ds-3 from incoming.

This time ppc64el finally worked, but not the other two (armhf and s390x).

Can someone take a look at this?
