Hi Andrius, would you like push your preliminary packaging for
python-ase 3.28.0 to salsa?

With the asap3 issue, it's just an example in a tutorial, so I'd
propose to just reconfigure the doc build to skip that particular
section. The rest of the docs can still be useful.

The latest version of pymatgen is asking for python-ase 3.27.
I think I'll do the same with pymatgen, hack the configuration to
relax its version requirement, so we can upload it against python-ase
3.26.
