     - applies debian patches fix_floating_point_comparison_PR1167.patch
       and test_files_dir.patch
   * update debian/watch to v5 format. Match emmet_core with underscore,
     in line with current pypi practice. Use Uversion-Mangle: auto
     to catch rc prereleases.
   * update debian/test_files from upstream emmet tag v0.87.2.
     Update debian/source/include-binaries to match.
   * update debian patch skip_tests.patch
     - enable env variable PMG_TEST_FILES_DIR to set test_files_dir
     - skip test_vasp.py when external module pymatgen.io.validation is
       not available (it is not yet packaged for Debian)
     - skip new_closed() in molecules/test_orbitals.py if openbabel is
       not available (it is only built for the default python version)
     - test_thermo.py: import ComputedStructureEntryType independently
       of pyarrow
     - io/test_pymatgen.py: skip import tests requiring optional
       modules which are not available (pymatgen.analysis.alloys,
       .defects, .diffusion, pymatgen.io.validation)
     - test_trajectory.py: skip test_parquet if pyarrow is not importable
     - test_arrow.py: skip optional models that cannot import due to
       missing optional dependencies (lobster, pymatgen.analysis.defects,
       pymatgen.analysis.diffusion, pymatgen.io.validation)
   * python3-emmet-core Recommends: python3-pyarrow
     (optional package required by tests)
     Build-Depends: python3-pyarrow <!nocheck>
   * debian patch check_import_not_spec.patch checks availability of
     pyarrow (ARROW_COMPATIBLE) and openbabel (OPENBABEL_INSTALLED in
     conftest_qchem.py) by import not spec, since their python
     extensions are only built for the default python version
   * skip more tests that require internet:
     test_get_name_from_pubchem test_get_name_from_molecule_graph
