Fix FTBFS Bug #1042048. In some cases, one test timeouts and makes the build to fail.

Some people will not be able to build the package from source without
getting a failure.

[ Tests ]
I've checked that the package builds ok again on the systems where
I previously could not build it.

Very low. No code changes, we are just skipping a test which was already marked as xfail.
