I think the root cause of this issue lies in its dependency 
src:openstructure. I was able to reproduce the bug with openstructure 
2.11.1-1. After uploading openstructure 2.11.1-2 to unstable I cannot 
reproduce it anymore. I think src:openstructure had to be rebuilt with 
boost 1.90 to make src:promod3 compatible with boost 1.90. Could you 
please try rebuilding src:promod3 on your setup with openstructure 2.11.1-2?
