The package probably aims at being debian/*-only, so this is not a bug by itself.
(This is a special configuration which some packages in the team follow and
it's supported by Salsa CI and gbp).

However, I can see that "debcheckout minexpert3" does not work, so that's
certainly an anomaly.

Filippo: Do you know what's going on here?
