[Debichem-devel] Bug#1151327: cpptraj: Contains non-free Sun RPC code

[Bastian Germann]

Source: cpptraj
Version: 5.1.0+dfsg-5
Severity: serious
Control: forwarded -1 https://github.com/Amber-MD/cpptraj/issues/1200

This package contains code under Sun RPC, which is not documented by the
copyright file and is under a non-free license. The original code that
was imported into cpptraj was relicensed, so there is a potential
solution for this upstream (see forwarded URL). You might be able to
build without the affected files in Debian.
