[Design-devel] Bug#854277: design-desktop-animation: please drop dependency on pencil2d

I (pencil2d maintainer) don't deem pencil2d as good enough to be in a
Debian stable release, so I'd like to see it out of stretch.

I didn't notice until too late, apparently it has grown a rdep!
Could you please drop your dependency on pencil2d?
