[Design-devel] Bug#1125331: debian-design: please move away from CDBS build system

Hi,

I'm filling the same bug twice for debian-design & debian-parl.

These two package both use a copy of blends.mk
which itself uses CDBS. CDBS is slated for
removal and should not be part of Forky.

Please see how to redo blends.mk without external
dependency on CDBS (some vendoring ?).


An other alternative that might make more
sense would be to integrate with the existing
https://salsa.debian.org/blends-team/blends framework.
