[Fingerforce-devel] Bug#469888: libpam-thinkfinger: should impose a stricter dep on libthinkfinger0

As discussed with Luca on IRC, libpam-thinkfinger should impose a
stricter dep on libthinkfinger0.  As they are built from the same source
package I would even suggest a (= ${binary:Version}) relationship.
Otherwise it's possible to run libpam-thinkfinger from experimental with
libthinkfinger0 from unstable which could lead to weird problems.
