Great, that was the problem.
Easy fix, I would like you to install this package
http://io.debian.net/~dererk/debian/fprint/proposed/libfprint0_20081125git-4_amd64.deb
You'll have to restart your udev (/etc/init.d/udev restart) and If it's
an USB device, you'll have to re-plug it.
