libfprint fails to build with ld --no-add-needed:

/usr/bin/ld: fprint_list_udev_rules-fprint-list-udev-rules.o: undefined
reference to symbol 'g_str_equal'

It does not trigger in unstable due to a bug in binutils concerning
multiarch.
It triggers in experimental and in ubuntu.
Attached patch fixes the issue.
