Dear libfprint maintainers,

I digged a little bit into libfprint maintenance / upstream development and
found that upstream has released several releases in git repository [1] with
tags instead of generating source tarball at people.freedesktop.org. As a
result, I think we should switch upstream and directly package libfprint 0.8.x
using git tags.

Other distributions, like Arch Linux, openSUSE and Fedora, have packaged
libfprintd using git repository and provided libfprintd 0.8.x already. I think
we should ship 0.8.x series and have it tested too before Buster freeze.

Ulises, Didier, do you find it reasonable? I'm willing to provide with more
helps if needed (since I will be using fingerprint devices extensively in the
future).
