I'm trying to make people start working. That is all.

If I were the "Core team" kind of guy, I'd build the image myself 
already. But I'd rather leave it to someone more skilled, and work on 
what I know best (probably web stuff). I didn't try to create an 
artificial hierarchy or divide people into groups - I've explicitly 
stated people wouldn't have to be involved with just one - I tried to 
illustrate the kinds of work we have to do, and offer ideas to those 
undecided.

Hope someone creates the image soon, we've waited long enough.
