[Freedombox-discuss] Conferences which might matter to FreedomBox

Just in case people miss this on the wiki, I just added an event which looks
quite relevant to the spirit of the FreedomBox project:

IndieWebCamp (in Portland, OR on June 25-26th -- it seems to immediately
follow OpenSourceBridge 2011 which runs from the 21st through the 24th)

"Rather than posting content on many third-party silos of data, we should
all begin owning our own data that we're creating when we create it. Publish
short status updates first on your own domain, and then syndicate to
Twitter. Publish photos on your own domain, then syndicate to Flickr, etc,
etc.

This is the basis of the "Indie Web" movement."

bit to the wiki on the themes of the different conferences and how they
might tie into FreedomBox or vice versa (so people don't have to hunt that
info down on the individual conference pages).
