i think - by what i'v  described in Censorship topic,

there should be some Cataloging group
maybe under
## Promotion and Visual Identity
or it is a case of these in the middle groups.

that would work on what could be done for non-censoring grading of the
resources, ads, etc.

Not by government--law censorship like it's done now, but with
semantic practice,
so people could really see and receive what they prefer and need - !by
