Ikiwiki makes for quite a decent blog, and as already mentioned, has the
benefit of generating static content, which makes it a good fit for the
low spec. machines we're focussed on.

It is of course also a wiki, so would let you eliminate mediawiki from
the list as well.  This seems to cover the issues:
