[Freedombox-discuss] New lists

We're rolling out two new lists.  More to follow as things settle.

First, there's Promotion and Visual Identity:

Second, we created a list for people running code on the DreamPlugs
specifically.  Much FreedomBox development is really just Debian
development, but there we still need the actual boxes to work well.
