With regard to previous points, there seem to be more people being
oppressed by the fiscal and fiscally-financed sectors of Western
'civilisations' than there are elsewhere and their requirement, from
regular communications with them, is for the sort of ready to use
interface that the average end-user, windows-user relates to. They're
simply to busy dodging bullets and truncheons to write code.

I believe in the Debian way. Don't release till ready. You'll kill less
people that way.
