If FBX users are going to run email servers for their own use then
they need to be able to accept SMTP connections from other servers.

If one box is temporarily acting as a proxy for another, perhaps the
proxying box can temporarily accept email for the proxied box's domain
as well as its own, and forward it to the proxied box? I'm not sure
whether that would work with TLS, though - the sender would think it
was talking to the proxied box, so would it accept the proxying box's
TLS cert?
